• Compensation may also be provided as credit equivalent to the duration of missed service.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Payment Terms: Payments are due upon subscription, and various secure payment methods are accepted.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase under specific conditions, including technical issues preventing service use.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Users are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to:
• DDoS attacks or hacking attempts.
• Distribution of malware or other malicious software.

5. Account Termination

Swift Peak Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including but not limited to prohibited activities or non-payment.

6. Data Backup Recommendations

We strongly recommend that users regularly back up their data, even if certain services include automated backup features. Swift Peak Hosting is not liable for data loss caused by user error or external factors.

7. GDPR and Data Privacy

• Data Collection and Use: Personal data is collected, stored, and processed in compliance with GDPR. Data is used solely to deliver and improve our services, with user consent obtained where required.
